A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Good to know.

What is a call-off order?

A call-off order is an order fulfilled through a series of releases or deliveries over time. Omono supports call-offs and scheduled orders, with delivered and outstanding quantities visible.

Can one sales order have several delivery dates?

Yes. A sales order can contain several dispatches, each with its own date, items and workflow status.

Does courier tracking book the shipment?

No. Omono records the courier and tracking number. Supported built-in couriers provide tracking links; this does not book shipments or synchronise live delivery status.
